- The content of our website is for general information and is written by health and treatment advocates who are NOT medical professional. Any treatment information provided by our website is designed to prompt and encourage further discussions with Doctor’s and other health care professionals.
- All treatment and care decisions should be taken in consultation with your Doctor. clinic team or other healthcare professional. Our founder and volunteers are not medically qualified and will always advise you to discuss any aspect of your health with a Doctor. or other qualified healthcare professional.
- The content on our website is subject to change without any prior notice. While every effort is made to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date, no guarantee is offered that it is free from errors or omissions.

Terms and conditions - online peer support
- The online peer support service is designed for people living with or affected by HIV in the UK, or UK Nationals living and working abroad, and is only available to those aged 16 or older. Plus Health online peer support subject to UK law.
- Online peer support appointments are free of charge and are provided on a voluntary basis. We reserve the right to change appointment availability and / or withdraw the service without prior notice.
- Plus Health reserve the right to decline appointment requests where it is felt online peer support is not appropriate or a safe intervention for that individual. We will endeavour to sign post to alternative services where appropriate.
- Plus Health, its founder and volunteers are not medically qualified, our online peer support service is peer-led. Any treatment and care information discussed or provided as part of your appointments is designed to encourage and inform discussions with a Doctor. or other healthcare professionals. All treatment and care decisions should be taken in consultation with a Dr. or other healthcare professionals.
- Plus Health, its founder and volunteers reserve the right to terminate any online peer support appointment where the relationship breaks down, becomes abusive or offensive towards the peer support volunteer facilitating the online appointment. We reserve the right to review the suitability of online peer support where this is the case.
- Plus Health do not guarantee that the online peer support service will be uninterrupted, is error free, or the server that hosts this online service is free of viruses or malware. It is the responsibility of the user of the service to have anti-virus and other security checks in place that satisfy your particular requirements.
- By using our online peer support service you are consenting for your data to be stored on behalf of Plus Health by Simplybook.me, SmartSurvey, Skype and WhatsApp.
